I first started donating 3D printed face shields to medical professionals in my neighborhood. It quickly expanded nationwide after raising over $5000 in donations. Using six 3D printers running around the clock, I printed over 2,000 shields for frontline medical workers in 2 months.

I was asked to design and build a freestanding wooden frame that could hold 1000 Rubik’s Cubes and look good on camera while doing it. The outcome was amazing but I still can’t solve a Rubik’s Cube.

What happens when you combine CAD, 3D printed jigs and hundreds of cards cut out with a water jet? I’m not sure…but it sure looked neat.

A made from scratch “tabletop” style video using 1200 yarn “stalks”, 3500 individual cloth “petals” and 1152 hand-drilled holes in MDF board. This one took a long time to make.
